So thats it for this run right? AB 1934 is no longer a threat?

They will definitely try again. Senator DeDouchebag has until midnight to try and bribe his cronies to vote his way.

There appears to be 21 absences. Of those I have predicted that 10 of them would vote aye. With the eleven already cast aye votes, it appears that if every aye Senator shows and casts their vote, AB1934 will pass.

At about 10pm they will call for a quorum, and finish up all the bills. They are just marking time now.
A citizen may not be required to offer a ―good and substantial reason-- why he should be permitted to exercise his rights. The right‘s existence is all the reason he needs.

If you're counting Oropeza as being one of those 10, then we should be safe. She's been MIA for over a week now.

    Need more calls!!!

DeSaulnier is lobbying Ducheny really hard right now. We really need to focus in on calling her Capitol Office!

    Ducheny: 916-651-4040 Fax: 916-327-3522

Also need to focus on Senator Florez, and Senator McLeod. Please don't stop calling their Capitol Offices asking them very politely to vote NO on AB 1934!

    Florez: 916-651-4016 Fax: 916-327-5989
    McLeod: 916-651-4032 Fax: 916-445-0128

Lori Saldana and the Brady Campaign are literally outside Ducheny's door right now lobbying for her to vote Aye on AB 1934. Please call Ducheny and urge her to vote NO on AB 1934.

What a jacked up process!!!! Vote on it again, and again, and again....until it passes!!!! They must have voted on this a dozen times or more!!!

ETA: This is the kind of process that needs to stop. These types of games where they vote on something again and again like a child begging for a cookie has got to stop. This is why this state is so jacked up!

I guess this goes to our girly man governor next. My guess is he will sign it. He's already proven himself to be an anti-liberty!

ETA: Now that I kinda ranted a little...the reality is that this was expected all along. I did not truly believe this bill would not get passed. They teased us a little by failing to pass it until just about the final hour. Sell out the American ideal of liberty in the middle of the night. There's just too many socialists in Sacramento. They don't care about SCOTUS' McDonald decision, liberty, or even the Bill of Rights. They are socialists and will stop at nothing to create their version of utopia which is a complete and total police state whether you like it or not. They are domestic enemies.
