What a jacked up process!!!! Vote on it again, and again, and again....until it passes!!!! :banghead: They must have voted on this a dozen times or more!!! :banghead:

ETA: This is the kind of process that needs to stop. These types of games where they vote on something again and again like a child begging for a cookie has got to stop. This is why this state is so jacked up!

I guess this goes to our girly man governor next. My guess is he will sign it. He's already proven himself to be an anti-liberty!

ETA: Now that I kinda ranted a little...the reality is that this was expected all along. I did not truly believe this bill would not get passed. They teased us a little by failing to pass it until just about the final hour. Sell out the American ideal of liberty in the middle of the night. There's just too many socialists in Sacramento. They don't care about SCOTUS' McDonald decision, liberty, or even the Bill of Rights. They are socialists and will stop at nothing to create their version of utopia which is a complete and total police state whether you like it or not. They are domestic enemies.

I was just watching

KCRA news, they stated the ban on open carry did not pass! Did I miss something? This was on the 11:00 broadcast.

Just covering the bases here...AB1934 FAILED. It passed the Senate but with an amenment that needed to be voted on again in the Assembly. They ran out of time, the R's put up resistance and it did not make it out. AB1934 is dead and now termed out socialist Saldana will go away a LOSER!
