If you have posted a thread concerning the passage or failure of AB1934, I highly recommend that you edit it to reflect the accurate status of the bill.

There is plenty of confusion in California law and legislative procedure, and many people come here to discuss and understand what happens up in the big house.

It would be in our best interests if everyone who has created a thread, took some time to do a little research and post their conclusions and opinions on the true status of AB1934, replete with citations.

I mean, for posterities sake, by all means leave the original content of your posts, but a small disclaimer would definitely help some of the less civic-inclined members and passersby understand exactly what has happened.

Sorry to sound righteous or demanding, I just think we should limit the confusion.

On a less serious note, I am calling all of the bill's proponents leaving a message for our esteemed representatives declaring "ha-ha-ha-ha-ha, na-na-na-na-boo-boo, stick your head in doo-doo", and asking the staffers to repeat that dictation back to me.

I think we need to be prepared for NEXT TIME... You know there will be a next time. Just like with prop 8, and all the other legislation in the past. The liberal progressive socialist side never quits. They always chew at our rights until they have eaten them all away.
