So why can't we carry and protect ourselves from these crazies? He knows full well he won't be challenged in there. One of many reasons I would never shop at Mayfair Mall.

Sadly we cannot carry and protect ourselves because many non-gun-owners think all gun-owners are like this guy, even though he doesn't even own a gun! But this guy, and his ilk, are in the news and incidences of lawful use of a gun for self-protection are rarely reported.

But what is really ironic is that someone will call a cop, because the cop carries a dreaded gun!!!

Man, 19, suspected in Q Mart holdup served prison time for Subway robbery

Judge Terence Bourke sentenced the man to two years prison in May 2009, ordering the sentence concurrent to a seven-and-a-half-month sentence from a probation revocation on several misdemeanors, court records show.



The man was released from prison in November to begin four years of extended supervision, a more restrictive probation for former prison inmates.
