Just heard on the scanner, city of Waukesha, single gunshot heard on South Grand Ave.

Edit: 4:05, they talked with the lady who said she saw a flash and heard a loud bang. Not sure when they arrived on scene, but I would assume it would be fore ~5 minutes, so that is 12 minutes to respond...
