No need for a gun because:

"She declined to say today whether she still had a handgun -- and denied that she ever had one.
"'I never had a gun,' she said, her eyes twinkling. 'The Lord, it (the bullet) just fell out of the sky.'"

Maybe she lost it in a boating accident.

She should be in jail doing hard time for life. Opening fire with an illegal gun is horrid.Especially on a child. God will have his say and she will burn eternally.
