Non-resident passing through, how is OC in Utah?

Washington resident here getting ready to take a road trip to Colorado and will be passing through Utah, specifically through the SLC area. I've been through the state's codes so I know I'm legal to carry (WA CPL reciprocacy) and feel familiar enough with the law to comfortably open carry, but I'd like to see if my preconceived notions of Utah being OC friendly are true. Do LEOs generally accept citizens openly carrying (I understand there may be a select few that won't like it)?

There will always be some "opinion enforcement" officers out there, but Utah is generally open carry friendly. And with your Washington permit, you are good to go nearly anywhere!
