Hoo-Yah, Marine ~

That's a neat idea.

The two photographs are effective and convey a serious message.

I once attended a Navy Photo INTEL school while in the service; allow me to bring up a few points-of-interest here for your edification.

Due to the fact that you're a big fella' and you present a formidable presence, consider having your camera-man move back a bit and include a violent, blood-thirsty 'bad-guy' in the picture. It may not be easy to do but if you could give the public a graphic example of why it's important that free man retain their arms for means of lawful self-defense it could feasibly help many fellow citizens to "wake up" and get smart.

Your idea of distributing posters may serve as an effective reminder to others of our God-given, inalienable right to self-preservation. I wish you well in your ventures, Marine.

Thanks kindly for your service to our country. <Hand Salute>

Respectfully,

Billy

Thank you, Billy. I have learned a few things since posting these. The Violence Of Action shot is a little ambiguous because I have one in hand and one in a holster. It is not the typical portrayal of a self-defense situation. Another thing I learned is that yes, a BG or two must be placed in the photograph for "Intervention".

I am not a pro, nor do I pretend to be. I just thought it would be fun. I am corresponding with a professional who is pointing things out to me with a keen eye, and we will meet someday and produce more meaningful, directed posters. I await that day, as it cannot happen now. Soon, but not now. I will take direction, and of course present it here.

Thank you for your service as well. <Hand..Salute>

I got these in an email from a good buddy and was 'looking' for a place to share them ... I am sure you have seen some of them, but they do convey the point well, but none have the cachet of yours  Although the M4 CARBINE might actually belong to "Gun Porn" thread

You Beat Me To It...

A better caption?:

"I got two guns...one for each of ya!"...A drunk Doc Holliday confronting Johnny Ringo in the movie "Tombstone" .

;)

That's what I was going to say! One of the all time best movies!
