    A thought on my recent event.

    Could you sue someone for discrimination for kicking you out of a store for lawfully possessing a firearm?

    No. it's private property. They don't need a reason.

    No. As Maestro said, it's private property. Gun carriers are not a 'protected class' like ethnicity, sex, national origin, etc.

    You can sue for pretty much anything.

    It would probably be tossed out, but if you have the time and are irritated enough, go for it.

    they can kick you out

    but they cant stop you from picketing/protesting and telling the consumer to buy elsewhere
