legality of peeper spray (non resident)

hey guys my wife will be traveling to Salem this weekend and i would love for her to take something with her to protect herself. As much as i would love to hand her my XD40sc i know thats illegal without a permit. My question is we have a small can of pepper spray i think she should take with, is it legal for her to posses without a non resident firearms id.

No, She can not carry Pepper Spray or any other chemical agent for self defense with out an FID card.
The carrying or having a Tazer is a felony in that MUD HOLE of an excuse for a state. BOYCOTT MASSACHUSETTS!!!

peeper spray?

Peeper spray only works when sprayed into the peepers. Pepper spray affects all mucous menbranes.
