Pearl Road Closed

A friend of mine and I have been going up to Pearl for quite a while, Every weekend. We went up this last Sat. and found signs posted, NO shooting, Private Property both sides of the road. etc. etc. I bring a garbage bag with me and pick up ALL of our own **** and some extra every time. Its a shame to see it closed. Farmers/Owners may have gotten pissed with all the **** people leave... I don't blame them. Does anyone know the exact reason why they did that?

The road is open its a public road, but the property on BOTH sides are closed for the next 10 miles it says. The property on the North side has always been fenced, but the South side was open. According to the BLM map its private property..
