Judge Pitt made the right decision:

now hopefully a higher Maryland court will do the same, and force the police to abandon the ridiculous stance they have taken.

Now he can proceed with his action against the Stormtrooper. More and more scumbag cops are learning the reality of the digital world. Numerous cases from Kalifornicate to the East Coast where the video will make them pay for acting like the thugs they will be shown to be. I can't imagine any decent cop objecting to being taped. And the ones that aren't seemingly now have little choice.
