We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. As stated we posted that when it came out last year. In fact I communicated with the author and pointed out his mistakes and bias...never heard back. I do include it with all my communications with LE Departments.
Lansing PD's memo to it's officers use it almost verbatim.

Lets see,April 09,my incident 8/25/09, laws pertaining to OC by certified mail recieved 6/13/08 by Dwyer(member executive committee Michigan Citizens for Handgun Control).The exec committee must not have informed or trained the LEO's as stated in the memo.At least thats what I read!
