"Castle Doctrine' rhetoric same ol' same ol'

Study the ‘Castle Doctrine’ debate in PA, it has a familiar ring

"Pacific Northwest gun rights activists should feel better this morning because they are not the only firearms owners plagued by boneheads working from the same gun prohibitionist playbook...

"...Washingtonians – including those who don’t own firearms – reap something of a residual benefit from the fact that we’re not in the same fix as Pennsylvanians. Just the potential that a homeowner might be armed stands as a deterrent, though it is not always foolproof."

Has anyone ever considered doing some research into the diet or lifestyle of people like the Attorney Edward Marsico who was mentioned in Dave's article? It is apparent that somewhere along the line he has been exposed to something really toxic that has destroyed any brain cells that deal with common sense. Why else might he make the statement that "Someone can claim self-defense if they shoot someone who looks at them the wrong way.” ?
"If I shoot all the ammo I am carrying I either won't need anymore or more won't help"

"If you refuse to stand up for others now, who will stand up for you when your time comes?"

Yes. It's called "Liberal Kool-Aid." Highly toxic and causes extreme physical, mental, and financial addiction. It also atrophies the muscles that allow one to "work" while strengthening those that allow one to "yell, scream, & whine." Alters perceptions and often leads to acute environmental paranoia. In some cases of EXTREME exposure, one may hallucinate that one is the messiah, while feeling an irresistible desire to castigate others who believe in the real One. It does not, however, actually destroy brain cells, merely renders them useless. Following a period of withdrawal once exposure ceases, victims will often make a complete recovery and regain use of their brains.
It is very wise to not take a watermelon lightly.

I wonder if this product is only available to people who practice certain professions?

Unfortunately no, it's become a national epidemic. The exact number continually fluctuates, but around 50% of the population suffer from some acute form of exposure. Even mild exposure to those already resistant can cause incredulousness, increased blood pressure, bouts of uncontrollable laughter, varying degrees of wallet atrophy, and a heightened desire to go out & shoot somethin'.

And all along I thought it was just an acute case of "Cranial Rectal Inversion".

No, that is an affliction suffered primarily by Republican incumbent politicians. Much easier to treat, with large doses of Voter Angst hydrochloride applied by suppository every two to four years.
