Hi,

I'm a MA resident with a LTC but no LTC valid in NH. I'll be going duck hunting in a few weeks and I am wondering if I'd be able to legally, open carry my .45 while hunting without any additional paperwork.

Thanks,

Erik

Of course you can open carry in NH. This is a free state.

Just make sure it does not get covered in any way, shape or form, as that is not open carry. And I'm sure you are aware about not carrying it or having it loaded in your car.

Just curious. If I get stopped by a game warden, I don't want him thinking I'm using it to illegal hunt with.

Thanks
