Pierce County prosecutor gets it right

Pierce Co. prosecutor gets it right, ATF gets it wrong

“You break into somebody’s house with a gun,” he said matter-of-factly, “you take the chance you’re going to get shot.”

Good quote. What is it exactly that the ATF gets wrong? I didn't see anything about the ATF in that article, unless I missed it.

Two part article. The ATF portion was at the bottom. The are banning M1 Garands from entering the country from S Korea. (or something like that) Confused me to when the article jumped.

I'm thinking the quote SHOULD have been:

“You break into somebody’s house with a gun,” he said matter-of-factly, “you take the chance you’re going to get shot.”

I took the "sombody's house with a gun" to mean the homeowner, but I agree it can be read both ways.
