City of cleveland files suit against state pre-emption law!!

IMO this could give cities here in MI bad ideas, and if any city files suit against our state law it will only be a waste of tax payer money.

however in ohio the wording in the states own law and its own constitution hints that cleveland can do whatever it wants. however citizens have won in court to strike down bad laws and ordinances! so IMO cleveland is destined to fail, but like in any one sided fight, there is the slightest possibillity to succeed. i just thought i would post this here.

oh cleveland currently bans all shotguns, all 1994 type assault weapons, and has absolute strictly enforced regisration of all types of allowed firearms. oh yea and cleveland also strictly bans any type of open carry. all those restrictions are pre-empted by state law!

i read that earlier...afaik Ohio does have preemption but if they pull the same bollocks as Denver did...it may eventually pass...but meh...

Once again it proves the point we need to remove these savages from office at all costs, even if we recall them. We the people need to make their life a political living hell so they will not want to stay in office, watching every move they make and keep going after them. These politicians who disrespect our rights are all of a criminal mindset and their actions prove this. People of this mindset have many skeletons in their closets and eventually we can expose them for what and who they really are. But it takes dedication. Treason should not be something we allow. These politicians are treasonous as We the PEOPLE are the government, and to go after the rights of We the PEOPLE is treason.
