Unjustified shooting report cause for reflection by police, gun activists

‘Unjustified shooting’ report good cause for reflection by police, gun activists

‘Unjustified shooting’ report good cause for reflection by police, gun activists Thursday’s headlines on the Seattle Times’ and on-line Seattle Post-Intelligencer’s websites pretty much say it all: a preliminary finding by a Seattle Police Department Firearms Review Board – with which Chief John Diaz reportedly concurs – has found that the Aug. 30 fatal shooting of a woodcarver by a Seattle police officer was not justified. We discussed this case just the other day here.

Good article! I did notice you mentioned "warranting alarm in other persons" instead of "warranting alarm for the safety of other persons." Just curious about that part. Otherwise, great read.
