I will be travelling to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks and plan on open carrying my firearm. i was wondering since it is illegal here in the wonderful state of California to LOC unless in an unincoprorated area, if i would have to UOC in Vegas or if LOC was legal?

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Is Vegas LOC or UOC?

LOC is totally legal, can even carry with a round chambered if you so choose.

You don't even have to worry about crossing a defense free crime zone around a school because the Nevada doesn't create them.

You can carry fully loaded, except that if you are in a vehicle a rifle or shotgun cannot have a chambered round.
