But as long as O'Malley and Gansler are in Annapolis, I wouldn't be putting to many eggs in that basket. But it would be interesting to see if they DO start issuing, what the application numbers will be like the first year.

I'd like to see them and Frederick county at least try, will put a little heat on Naptown. MD gunners don't seem to like the idea, believing it will screw up state preemption.

MD gunners don't like any ideas... yet have none of their own that work. How typically 'Maryland'. Forever pushing doors marked 'Pull'.
