I walked with Dan Kapanke in the Oktoberfest parade, he couldn't show anymore support for the 2A by that action alone. How does Kapanke not get an Aq rating from the NRA?

He did. Kind got an A and Kapanke got an AQ. The NRA has said that if it comes between two candidates that have the same rating, the incumbent gets the endorsement.

And the NRA has demonstrated over and over that even if the challenger has a better rating, they will still endorse the incumbent.

This is why the NRA (and all other political advocacy groups) should issue grades, not endorsements.
