Auburn Hills PD has a substation located directly in the mall. They share office space with mall security. There are always officers stationed there.

The security staff is from IPC International Corporation. They are contracted by the mall not direct employees.

and the security not being armed has nothing to do with us being welcome, they follow state law. but some of the security do welcome us for the very reason we are armed.:)
