To the kitchen, for a paper towel to wipe what's left of my snack off my monitor!

I'm staying right here, Gunslinger. I was just tired of pouring through the Federal and CRS law. I was hoping someone with a knack for solid legal research and clear, concise, but complete presentation could/would step forward in that area for a while. Some of you already so, so thanks for that.
