The Green Bay Packers, along with Oshkosh Defense and the Wisconsin National Guard, will mark Veteran’s Day and honor America’s military at Sunday night’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.

The “Military Appreciation Game” will salute veterans and active members in a variety of ways, including a halftime culmination when more than 100 members of the Wisconsin National Guard’s 951st “Sapper” Engineer Company are recognized on the field. The unit, from the Tomahawk and Rhinelander areas, returned this past summer from a deployment in Afghanistan. The family of Sgt. Ryan Adams, who was killed in action, also will be recognized.

Things raises a question. I know that Lambeau has banned smoking, even those fake vapor cigs.....but, is one allowed to open or concealed carry at a game? Just a curious packers fan. I almost made it to a game out there a few years back, but the ebay seller refunded my money with no ticket delivery. I'll make it out there one day.

I don't understand you guys. Why in the world you want to carry there? Some things are just meant to be enjoyed while drinking beer, and football is one of them. Its as American as apple pie.

Concealed carry is illegal in Wisconsin. I pay taxes for the stadium so it must be a publicly funded, i. e. government entity, barring open carry. I imagine that beer is consumed in the stadium stands making it a premise licensed for consumption of alcohol and again barring carry of guns. Is it safe to say that you know nearly nothing about Wisconsin gun carry? I am familiar (EMT) with the phrase "coded the Pt" in a way inconsistent with your ...
