Hello everyone. My Dad just bought a Sig P238, and he's looking for a good holster for concealed carry. He's a little slower to pick up the open carry idea, but AI finally at least convinced him to carry, so one step at a time lol. If anyone can share what they or anyone they know use to carry a P238 I would greatly appreciate it. Post pictures too if you don't mind! Thanks everyone!

Go to the bottom of the first page... 2 of the last 3 are for P238.

In fact, I'm wearing the "clip" one as I type. Very comfortable, even for a hoss like me.

I have a p238 and absolutely love it. However, due to its size, it's not a gun I would ever OC. But, I always carry my sig when I leave the house. I use an Uncle Mike's nylone pocket holster that is great. I tried some of the leather ones, but they were a bit bulky for me. It's a size 4 so the gun stays upright but is very easily drawn, and it has the friction material stripes around it so that it stays in the pocket. I also have an ankle holster that I wear frequently, but only if I have another gun at my waistline or above within reach. When the Sig is the only gun I am carrying, I do keep an extra mag in my pocket. This gun is without a doubt the most accurate in its size class. I don't know if this information helps your situation or not, but my experience with this gun has been a good one.

Thank you both very much, my dad has a P229 Equinox that he would open carry if I can convince him to do that. But he specifically got the P238 Liberty for himself or my mom to carry concealed. I think he will most likely go the pocket holster route, thank you!

I just purchased two holsters for my P238 from Calment Custom Leather and I am extremely happy with both. One is a SOB and one is a slide. They are both so comfortable that I don't even know I have them on. And they are custom fit to the P238 so the fit is outstanding. If you are interested go to www.clamentcustomleather.com . Good luck.
