ocing at work

Any one know any buissness that allow employee's to oc or cc?

I OC at work, in fact I am OCing right now, however it is against company policy and I asked them to change the policy and they refused, might have another go at being granted permission to carry while working these off hours and not actually changing the policy, but my director of operations said "you didnt hear this from me, but if I worked your hours id be armed always"

I work 7pm to 3am and am breaking the company policy on weapons however my interaction with the company is mute as im the only one here in the office at these hours. its an unsaid approval from my supervisor and boss that I carry just dont get caught
