82nd Legislature

Hello,

I have been reading these forums for a long time now without posting, but it seems no one has brought up the new legislative session that just opened for new bills to be filed. So to open things up here is a list of the bills i know of so far.

HB86 - relating to the carrying of concealed handguns on the campuses of
institutions of higher education. Link.

HB145 - relating to exempting the intrastate manufacture of a firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition from federal regulation. Link.

HB25 - relating to the carrying of certain weapons in a watercraft. Link.

Any update on whether any legislators are actually going to submit OC legislation, or whether they're all just playing passive and waiting for someone else to throw down?

Will anything get to the Govenor

If Straus is speaker we may not see clean and simple bills out of the house.
