Store clerk is found not guilty to murder charges for shooting thief. My opinion was mixed on this guy's reason to use deadly force back in 2008. His testimony said that the suspect made a motion to pull something. I believe he would have been convicted of a lesser charge like manslaughter, but murder seemed over the top for most people, including me, in this situation.
