Scheffler told investigators the other driver was threatening him. He pleaded no contest to endangering safety with the use of a weapon and disorderly conduct. Scheffler's been ordered to spend 10 days in jail and do 200 hours of community service.
Dismissed on prosecutor's motion. And no dangerous weapon enhancement on the DC, from Gerald Fox (next AG!)
