A recent press release issued by OpenCarry.org highlights last week’s pro-gun election results. Turns out open carry campaign pledges appear to run hand in hand with gubernatorial victories in 4 states: Florida, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas.

Open carry organizers are expecting success in at least two states, Oklahoma and Florida, in the near future. Perhaps this will set the stage for Congress to preempt the District of Columbia on gun control and restore gun carry rights in our Nation’s Capital.

Yes, thanks, Open Carry is principled carry. I note the absence, from your list, of Wisconsin where the Wisconsin Compromise Concealed Carry Inculcated.

Mike, PUSH this to the entire forum. You may be in one state, but what folks do in one state DEFINATELY affects others

Use the move function.

All I know is Florida needs Open carry. Lived there for 4 years. Always watchng over my shoulder before I got in or out of my vehicle, not wanting to "flash" my wepon to anyone who might call LE for intimidation or some other rediculous charge.
