How Can I Make a Difference In My State (FL)

Recently I became more and more concerned for my and my family's safety due to some events which happened "close to home".

Prior to this I was just your average guy, with literally no stance on the gun laws (I know ...I am ashamed.)

Since then Ive acquired a handgun, received training and practice on my local range at least once a week. Im in the process of acquiring a conceal carry from my state.

However, there are limitations to conceal carry, and I found myself in envy of you folks in states which allow Open Carry.

So my question is this, what can I do to encourage this movement in my state? I'm also in the process of joining the NRA and becoming active in my second amendment rights.

WHat are your thoughts?

3. Contact your Rep. ask them to sponsor the Florida Open Carry Bill.
4. Come Fishing! You can open carry while fishing; don't forget your fishing license.
