Nik is a good guy and he is healthy and works out. None of us are bullet proof. If you want to look like that you just need to live healthier and hit the weights ;)

good video, but as pale and weak looking as that chick was, she should probably carry, i also enjoyed the ignorant one in there making comments about brandishing, and looking for trouble. another rocket scientist.

added on edit; Nik is obviously constructed of poly techno metal alloy.
