the wife and I was back in WV visiting some family in Rupert, then Renick. I open carried in the Walmart in Lewisburg, and the Ruby Tuesday. I don't know for sure about the legality of open carry in a restaurant (that serves alcohol) in WV so I hope I wasn't breaking the law on that one. Nobody said anything. Open carried all around Lewisburg and Rupert in stores and gas stations and etc. Open carried in the Rupert Community Building at their fund raiser on Saturday. Nobody said a word. Just like its supposed to be.

I wasn't really sure. I hoped I wasn't breaking the law but really didn't know for sure. Does WV allow both open and concealed carry in restaurants that serve alcohol? thankks in advance for your reply.
