Thanks, Ed - I do work in Norfolk, but since it's about a five hour drive for me, it costs extra. I'm always willing to "pontificate" by telephone or to act as a consulting attorney where that might be useful.

I am in NOVA: is that closer to you? What is your contact info? I do not have a need, but always like to have the name and number on tap for when I do. Thanks.

He is in NOVA Nemo. User is unique in that he doesn't charge a retainer fee until he actually does something. I keep his number in my wallet an have recommended him to a number of people.

He is currently advising at least one member here.

I have a number of friends that are lawyers and a family full of them but User is the only one I know that I take advice from without questioning it.

I carry his card too - hope I never need it, but I care enough to want the very best and that from several different perspectives.

I second Peter's recommendation. I had a great lunch with user as I wanted to have a great lawyer in my hip pocket, Just in case.

He is a straight up, honest guy. He'll take good care of you any way he can.
