I was curious if I wanted to Kleber WMA to scout around and I was OC would I get into trouble and be accused of hunting? I don't have my hunting license. Anyone think I would have any problems?

I've OC'd there many times. Not a big deal. Never seen any officers out there. They'd have to have some sort of RAS to think that you were hunting. Enjoy the range while you're there too!

To clarify, if you were walking around the woods with a loaded firearm in your hands, one could probably speculate that you were hunting.

I think your best bet will either be walk around the woods with no weapon, or wait until hunting season is over, or don't go into the woods at all. It easier said then done due to fact that you never know what you might come across in the woods. You might have to defend yourself aganist some sort of attack. Just use your best judgement on this one. Take care!
