I OC in the Rio Rancho area and it is a non issue. Make sure you are intimately familiar with the local laws.. or bubba may become intimately familiar with you.. Enjoy your vacation.

New Mexico has complete preemption in the state constitution. If you're good by state law you are good to go. There are no local firearms laws.
