Newly choosen Tennessee speaker of the house says no to guns legislation

The Tennessee Republican Party has a historic majority in the House, Senate, and newly elected Governor. Instead of showing their strength by electing a conservative Speaker last week they elected, by secret ballot, the woman who voted against most major gun legislation. Now that woman has come out and said guns are basically off the table and the republicans are going to create jobs.

It took over 200 years for the Supreme Court to declare the right to bear arms is an individual fundamental civil right incorporated to the States. Tennessee should be looking to fix the civil rights abuses regarding the carry of guns.

She was Haslam's Election Chair. So, expect her to push his agenda...

This is what you get when people blindly vote for the party and not the person...
