Are out of state residents allowed to open carry in CO? My friend is coming to visit me from Oklahoma and I was wondering if he is legally allowed to open carry here.

To answer the even bigger question, you do not have to be a resident of any state that allows open carry. I travel to Wyoming and Washington on a regular basis. Washington State is actually pretty awesome and I have not had any issues to date, even in the city of Seattle, although there are a few that frown upon it there. Arizona is the best, I can conceal without having any special permits... how awesome is that.. Come to Colorado, have a great time, but remember that they do have to go home... We have enough transplants here already.... Kidding of course... shot on Garth...
