The State Crime Commission will meet in Richmond on 12/08/10 at 10AM.

Their Agenda.

The commission will discuss law enforcement training issues, relating to Emergency responses. They will also consider what to do regarding Protective Orders. COPs implicate gun rights. Basically, you LOSE your rights because the court considers you dangerous.

Law enforcement training is an important issue regarding how professional LEOs are when responding to "Man with a gun" calls. It might be helpful to see if the LEO Lobby excepts training requirement for emergency responses, like hot pursuits, in order to judge whether they would except oversight on open-carry issues.
