I have a upgrade version (both 32 bit and 64 bit discs) of Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade with product key. This is OEM, origianl discs and original product key. It has not been installed on a computer. You will need a previous version of Windows (XP, Vista) in order to install it on your computer. I am in the business and received this last year but did not need it for any of my computers. Sells for $119 retail stores, selling for $75.
