Springfield mayor: suicide by gunshot

Various news reports are saying that Springfield mayor Tim Davlin's sudden death appears to be from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

I haven't found any mention of him having an Illinois FOID card.

He probably bought the gun at a store since it is impossible to buy one on the street... /sarcasm

That would be an interesting tidbit to know though.
