Macomb Couty said No gun permits, entire State computer system down?

A friend and LE went to get a purchase permit and was told by the Macomb county Sheriff dept the entire Michigan computer system is down that they use for permits.

Anyone know whats going on?

Well has anyone any ideas what this is about if true?
