We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. I held my breath, and drove carefully at the speed limit through the pinch of MD (where it looks like Potomac MD is trying to squeeze off Appalachian MD like an unwanted turd).

I don't think with a TX permit he can go around MD, but I don't know the status of OC in WV. Maybe WV is ok, but his TX permit may not be valid for CC in WV.

Well made it all the way through md and wv. According to handgunlaws.us open carry in wv requires no permit. But it says they recommend unloading cause the cops may draw down on u. Pat u down, etc. Safe in pa and ocing away.
