There is this attorney in East Lansing. I hear she used to work for the legislature. She seems to have an opinion (posted in the LSJ) about OC, so I'll assume she knows the law....not

Agreed. We need to be more rigorous on what we sticky. Some of them appear to be of relatively narrow scope. If they're that interesting, they'll stay near the top on their own merit.
