New England gun blogger needs help finding NOVA hotel

Blogger JayG is bringing the family to DC for spring vacation (April) and needs recommendations on lodging for the week. NOVA location close to metro and decent food availability.

Help him out and see if you can work out a meet-and-eat - he'll make you famous on his part of the internet.

He should contact Dan Almond, the gentleman who organized the Restore the Constitution Rally at Gravelly Point and Fort Hunt. A lot of people came in from pretty far away for that event.

I stayed at the Days Inn on Arlington Blvd... but it was exactly what I paid for. Comfortable. Clean. Cheap.

Not too many amenities, really. A place to lay my head.

I also suggested a search near King Street Station in Old Town Alexandria. Stay in Virginia. Visit D.C.

Clean the D.C. off you every night.

Morrison house in old town is nice an could get lucky on prices.
