There is a far smaller history of those occurrences in Virginia, but it does occur. Let's start making Virginia bad actors feel the same pain.

Congratulations to Wisconsin Carry.

My only thought is that it seems to be a shame that the recent judgment was "down" to $7,500 from the prior $10,000.

Hate for those LEOs to lose thought of that very catchy phrase: "five figure screw-up" when referring to the cost of blatantly abusing the rights of law abiding citizens...
