Wait wait wait... According to that report, Arizona's gun laws are the second worst in the nation? According to the Brady's perhaps, I like to think they have perhaps some of the best gun laws in the nation.

And no the police do not Have to check to see if the gun is loaded, but for some reason, they believe they must harass Open Carriers at every opportunity with the e-check. Amazing how some of the worst crime rates in the nation are in places with the dumbest gun control policy.
