My first OC encounter...

On my way home I stopped by Sportsman's Warehouse to pick up a few gun cleaning supplies. I holstered up and went about my business. Got my stuff and went up to the counter. The guy ringing me up noticed my sidearm right away. He proceeded to tell me about him wanting to get a pistol soon and then he asked if I had my CCL. Which I don't yet... I told him no and he gave me a puzzled look and I told him it was perfectly legal to carry as long as it is visible. So I gave him the web address and invited him on here. We talked for about five to ten minutes about some of the KY laws and about what kind of gun to pick. So hopefully we will see him on here soon!!!

I didn't say it was a bad encounter in the title did I? ;)

Haha I was gonna say, I've OC'd in Sportsmans Warehouse with no problem at all! Glad you had a good experience too.
