CNN Quick vote - Should Congress ban ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rnds

HR 1859 IH (high cap ban) was introduced in 2007 right after VTech. It didn't make the cut.

The proposal out of the NY delegation includes magazine already sold and in our possession, however they think that would work.

Doesn't Kommiefornia do that already? I think you have to modify your mag so it wont hold over 10 rounds.
Does anyone here actually care if you get shot with the 8th round or the 14th round?
