No warning shots

The young responding officer did not use an ounce of common sense or discretion. Apparently the prosecutor-persecutor isn't either. That said, the defendant LEO should know that warning shots are a no-no. Best remaining hope is for a jury pardon based on the "common law" of competing harms.

For future reference, forewarned is forearmed.
